Adoption Contract
The adoption contract will be signed at the time of the adoption. It contains the basic rules and regulations for caring for a new addition. This is a legal binding contract and we highly encourage reading it before adoption day.
Spay and Neuter Contract
The spay and neuter contract is for dogs six months and younger that are not yet fixed. All dogs rescued from JJC Animal Rescue must be fixed by six months of age. This is crucial to stopping the birth of unwanted litters. This is a legal binding contract and we highly encourage reading it before adoption day if it applies to the dog you are adopting.
